MLB WS Game 6: Delaying the Inevitable
Game 6 of the World Series should finally be played this Thursday @ Busch Stadium, St. Louis. The time off has allowed the pitchers, Lewis and Garcia, to think a lot about this game. The pressure is surely on the Cardinals as they are in a win or go home situation. But, the Rangers are also up against pressure too as they sure don't want to go to a game 7 with the possibility of facing Carpenter. Both Lewis and Garcia have had stellar outing this postseason, and the books acknowledge this by setting the O/U at 7. Though I think both pitchers are solid, they are not primed for this big time stage. This will leave the outcome to be decided by the bats. These past few days have allowed Josh Hamilton to rest up a little bit, even though he seemed to be getting his swing back. And the Rangers can play small and long ball. BIG PLAY ON THE RANGERS +105 TO WRAP UP THE WORLD SERIES.
